Don’t miss me at the BNBF Centrals Saturday 27th July. I’ll be massively improved from my success at the Welsh qualifier. I’m harder leaner and fuller.

Dieting and training are going well. Show support to me and all the drug free athletes that day. Come have a chat to me after the show. I’ll do my very best to get a trophy that day. Back to work.
