I’m pleased to announce I will competing at the BNBF Central Championships on Saturday 27th July.

I have already qualified for the BNBF Britain 2019 in Scotland. But the central championship a show I have never competed in. Every top bodybuilder in the south east will compete on that day. This prestigious show is the jewel in the crown to me. I will be better, leaner as always do my very best to be a better bodybuilder improving from last last show I June.
