My New Pictures

A big thank you to show photographer Fivos Averkious at www.showshoots.com for sending me my pictures from this Sunday Welsh Championship where I placed 2nd in a large line up of 12 competitors.

I am now qualified for my 6th Mr Britain where I will battle against the best bodybuilders in the Over 50's class of 15 athletes.

I am training hard 7 days a week to be the best I can be! With bodyfat 4%! My bodyfat today was 5.1%
