My Debut UKDFBA

It's was my Debut in the UKDFBA yesterday at the Southern Championships. In my class 10 top bodybuilders. These guys where good! But I have massively improved since my success at the Welsh and Central Championships. 

I was more ripped, much more dry and fuller. I placed outside the top 3 yesterday but my goal was to improve as a bodybuilder after a 10 year lay of I'm pleased proud of my success this year so far.

So I'm knuckling down for my preparations for the BNBF British Championships in September 29th in Perth Scotland. Follow my progress to my 6th Mr Britain Finals
