BNBF Centrals

I'm pleased to say I will competing at the BNBF Central Championships on Saturday 27th July. This is my second show after 10 years away from the stage. 
I am very proud to have already qualified for the BNBF Britain 2019 in Scotland. But the central championship a show I have never competed in. Every top bodybuilder in the south east will compete on that day. I will be better, harder and leaner. As always I will do my very best to be a better bodybuilder improving from my last show in June.
