30 Days

It's now 30 days until my return to the bodybuilding stage at the BNBF WELSH qualifier. I have happy memories of this competition which I last competed in 2009.

The year before 2008 I'd had a catastrophic back injury so 08 I was rehabilitating myself. In that year my girlfriend Frenchie stepped onstage and won the Figure class at the Welsh Competition. She looked amazing. I was so proud of her. The previous year she had won the BNBF central title and in 2009 she won the Southern title! Frenchie was amazing she was achieving things in bodybuilding not even I had done and she was and still is my inspiration in sport and life. I met Frenchie in 2006 she was and still one of the most important people in my life. Her motivation at 43 to become the best champion in the country to compete for 5 years winning major titles. 

In 30 days time I will be competing for the first time in 10 years. I will go to the Welsh Championship with inspiration that Frenchie used to give me and never forget her incredible success and beauty. Although we are not together anymore here work ethic, personality and stunning beauty are with me powering me to achieve my goals. The same as she did. In 30 days I will be onstage. It's time to unwrap this ripped body! I hope in 30 days I can make Frenchie proud and achieve the success she did.
