2020 UK Finals Success

Yes! I competed this weekend in the biggest natural bodybuilding show in the UK. The UKDFBA UK & International Bodybuilding Championship.

The best over 50's bodybuilders in the UK battled for the UK title. Although I didn't make the top 3 this year being in the top 10 is and was my goal this year. My stats for this show chest 46 and waist 28 inches with 5% bodyfat.

I am now preparing for the BNBF British Finals in 7th November. I'll be ever more ripped and improved.

If you want to transform your body like I have this year contact me now to begin my 2020 Transformation Training.
